Preparations To Host A Conference of Palestinian Prisoners in Baghdad
Held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League, the joint meeting of the Preparatory Committee of Iraq - to prepare for the Arab International Conference on Palestinian prisoners, detainees and Arab prisoners in Israeli jails. President Talabani is optimistic about the talks between Baghdad and Erbil

A civilian was killed and ten others wounded in a car bomb explosion in Shu'ala area northern Baghdad today 23, Oct. A police source said that the explosion also led to the destruction of a number of houses and shops nearby the place.
