Briefly Explain What Flow Theory Is. Oğuzhan ÖZDEMİR 16716
Flow theory is about happiness that was created by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Flow theory mentions about some activities which are challenging, enjoyable and require some skills. Also you have an aim, a defined goal about this controllable activity. During these activities that produce flow, you feel yourselves as completely involved the activity and everything moves smoothly, so you cant realise how time passed. In other words, flow activity is completely focused motivation, such as painting, gardening, sports etc. Anyway, long story short, these activities look arduous but they bring happiness.
