    Write a speech against the following proposal, to be given at a school council meeting. It has been propose that no school trips will take place with immediate effect. The argument that the Headteacher/Governors has given for this are: the health and safety concerns for students The amount of time it takes teachers to plan such trips In order to improve exam performance there is not enough time to spend out of the classroom
