NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY 19th DECEMBER 2012 7.30PM CLUBROOMS, HASKETTS ROAD, TEMPLETON, CHRISTCHURCH
Order of Business: 1. Apologies 2. Election of Officers (a) Vote of Confidence in current officers of the club. Confirmation by vote of members, of the election of Vice President Andre Goldsmith to President. If the vote is not the 51% majority required, then nominations will be taken for the position of President. Nominations to be taken for the Vice President positions which are vacant.

The current Management Committee have taken legal advice to ensure they are working within the Clubs Constitution and have called the SGM to ratify their actions.

As per the Club Constitution: 10. Annual Subscriptions (a) Any member who has not paid his annual subscription prior to the Annual General Meeting shall not be entitled to vote or enjoy the privileges of membership until such subscription has been paid in full. 4. Membership (a) Any person who is desirous of becoming a member of the society may apply to the Secretary. Such applications shall be considered by the management committee and if approved the Secretary shall, within 14 days of consideration notify the applicant the result of their application. (b) A quorum at any general meeting shall be 20% of financial full members.
