I would like to take this opportunity to say Thankyou to the whole LGJS community for their hard work, support and encouragement over the last term. We have seen many exciting developments over this term. I hope you share with the staff and children the buzz that our new curriculum has caused. We have seen so much pupil talk, engagement and enthusiasm. Never did I think that we would see many of the spectacles that have taken place over the last term in school, the standard of work has been amazing. The children will all start new topics again after Christmas. It just leaves me to say that I hope that you all have a fabulous break, all illnesses disappear and that you all come back fit and well in January. Thankyou to everyone for your cards and gifts. Clubs
TAG rugby will start on Wednesday 9th January after school. Places still available. Gym Club will resume on Monday 14th January. Mykey Pryce, Football and Dodgeball will commence on the week beginning Monday 14th January. Places still available. We have a number of items that have been handed into the office. 1. A diamond ring 2. A childs pair of glasses.

The children all return to school on Tuesday 8th January at 8:50. The staff will all be in school on the 7th.

Attendance
With many illnesses throughout the school our attendance figure for the last week was 89%. However, class 5M - 100% amazing.

Swimming will resume for classes 3E, 4D, 5E and 5M on Wednesday 9th January.
