Capability to work closely with academic faculty in recruitment, selection and retention processes.

He/ She will be performing a strategic, operational and administrative role with the objective of achieving organizational goals. Candidate must have a relevant degree and must be well conversant with human resource operations, personnel policy, legal issues, labour laws and industrial relations, training and organizational development. He/She must possess at least 10-15 years of relevant experience of working in a healthcare setup. He/She will be responsible for health human resource planning against the strategic plans developed by the management and will also manage all the HR operational matters i.e. staff recruitment, selection, contract administration of newly inducted staff, defining compensation, orientation, training, benefits, annual performance appraisals and conduct capacity building & training workshops.
