* The Freedoms that are vaguely, yet clearly stated in our Constitution. Freedom
of: Speech, Religion, Press, Petition, and Assembly. * Ensures that an American citizen can speak the truth or speak out against the government in a non-terrorizing way; Ensures the right of interviewing and broadcasting current events; Ensures the freedom to worship a god or divine of your choice; Ensures the right to critique and give your opinions to the representatives of our nation.
* Right to bare arms to defend and protect yourself from hostility and provide
food for your family. * Has been debated to be removed and twisted, but will always stay. * Ensures that you have liberty of shooting for protection or destruction.
* The right of objection to not be forced to quarter soldiers. * Is a clear statement of defiance to an act decided by the early British
Parliament to force citizens in the New World(America) to give soldiers shelter. * This act can help or hinder U.S. militia depending on the choice of the citizen and the state of battle the military is in.
* Right to object unwarranted search and seizure of a persons privacy * Commonly used in investigation cases. * Is a choice and can be given/taken away if necessary or wanted by person.
* The right to be represented in a trial. * Nobody can be punished without a law process. * Cannot be tried twice for the same crime, but can be tried for the same action at
different times or different places. * The government cannot take away a citizen's property without payment.
The 7th Amendment protects the right of a court trial with an open or closed mediator/ jury.
* No cruel and unusual punishment, no excessive bail price, and no stiff fines. * This law is a matter of opinion depending on the price and if the punishment is
unusual.
* Since there are so many rights and freedoms, this amendment protects all basic
human rights even if they may not be listed in our constitution.
* Powers and decisions not given in the constitution shall be given to the
representatives of the people of each state to decide.
