    Instruction for filling the Application Form:


    1. The candidate is advised to apply for admission only if he/she fulfills the
    eligibility requirements.
    2. In case the Application Form is downloaded from the website www.dauniv.ac.in
    send the complete form with application fee Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST
    candidates). The application fee can be paid through Demand draft in the name
    of Registrar, Devi Ahilya University, Indore payable at Indore.
