INTRODUCTION:

State bank of india(SBI) is the largest banking & financial services company in india by revenue,assets and market capitalization. It is a state owned corporation with its headquaters in Mumbai , Maharashtra. The State bank group with over 18,324 branches has the largest banking branch network in india. SBI has been ranked 285th in the ranking of the worlds biggest corporation for the year 2012. The SBI is the largest of the big 4 banks of india,along with ICICI Bank , Punjab National Bank ,and HDFC Bank its main competitors.

,Global Market impact(Recession),RBI Regulations,CRR,Repo Rate/Reverse Repo & other factors like Bank turnover, Deposit Ratio, Disversment of loan and profit& loss of the company and fundamental of the company which impacts rising and falling of stock price Sensex is the index of bombay stock exchange.It is the average market price of 30 listed securities.That is why when there is fall in market of any of listed securities ,sensex will go down. Sensex is the indexation of bombay stock exchange ,which is listed by 30 listed companies when there is up or down trend in the scrip of this companies due to inflation rate, CRR, Reporate, p-note or political instability or any companies internal news sensex goes down or moving up the sky Due to foreign direct investment & p-notes there is flactuations in day to day market in sensex as foreign market also showing very much up and downs . So there is very high flactuations in the market. Another factor in how the stock market rises and falls is foreign currency rates. As a particular currency fluctuates, stock prices in companies based in that country will react accordingly
