Ocular Assessment
Ventilation The following areas observed comprise of well-maintained ventilation system as evidenced by working air conditioning units and exhaust fans. However, the Supply chain function had their air conditioning unit under repair making the work place temporarily not conducive for working.
Lighting Every department and offices had adequate source of light. The room offices were well lit and conservation of energy was also evident.
Accident hazards The company in general complies with the standard safety precautions in each department or offices especially in the production/manufacturing and bottling area and each offices and department has their own evacuation maps and instructions in case of emergency events. Regular and proper wearing of safety equipments such as helmets, gloves, safety vests/reflector vest, mask. Bottle shard shields, bottle shard bins, well-maintained railing systems on the stairs, necessary caution signs and other needed safety measures were observed.
Food sanitation Food sanitation policies were strictly observed and complied by the canteen staff. Every staff in the canteen wears the required hair nets, aprons, and gloves. Keep the area well maintained and clean, prepares and dispenses the food according proper sanitation protocol. The canteen also welcomes any inquiries regarding their food sanitation and services.
Waste refuse All departments and offices observed comprise of segregation bins and instructions on proper waste segregation posted above each bins to aid in strict compliance of waste disposal. And generally all departments and offices were always kept clean and well-maintained.
Sewage Closed and clean sewages were observed all around the bottling and production area. No clogs or leakages were present and there are no foul odors emitted.
