Responsibilities Purpose of the Role: Anchor testing requirements, prepare solution delivery of projects, develop test strategy, track & monitor project plans, review test plans & test cases, ensure optimum test environs are set up, review test scripts, develop project quality plans, validate defective prevention plans WITH an objective of delivering effective testing solutions for clients WITHIN guidelines and norms of Infosys. Knowledge and Skills required for the Role: Expertise on testing Technology for one or more of the following - OS, Mainframes, Java, .NET etc. Exposure to specific domains such as BFS, Telecom, Retail etc. For Automation Test Leads - Experience in Scripting and designing frameworks for automation. Experience in one or more scripting languages and automation tools Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders environment, People coordination Areas of Responsibility: # Transition # Requirements Analysis # Test Strategy Definition
