    After baseline save, ..we can go for Three types of Tracking.


    1. PROGRESS: Planned and Actual is shown in two diff colors. So we come to know if
    that task is ahead or behind the schedule and what is effect on project.
    2. COST: We never get material with the same rates what we have assumed at time of
    estimate. So Putting the Actual materials cost in PC to know the
    Variance
    ie.
    ( Actual cost-estimated cost )
    3. Material Consumption: Putting Actual material consumption. This also will affect
    actual cost and variance .
