Lewis Chicken Oriental Salad
1 package broccoli or cabbage cole slaw 4 tbls brown sugar 3 green onions tsp salt 1/3 cup slivered almonds 6 tbls rice vinegar 1 package Ramen noodles (crushed) cup veg oil 3 tablespoons sesame seeds cup butter 3 cooked chicken breasts (cut up into cubes) Saut almonds, noodles and sesame seeds together in butter until browned. Set aside to cool. Chop green onion (including tops) and add to pre-rinsed slaw. Add cubed chicken breast. Dressing Combine ingredients for dressing in separate bowl (or I just use a bottle and shake it up). Just prior to serving, toss all ingredients with dressing. Enjoy
