Hostel Fees for Even Semester 2012-13 (For all students)
1. Mess advance & Other Charges - Rs.10, 500.00 2. Mess Establishment Charges - Rs. 3,000.00 3. Room Rent / Electricity/ Water Charges - Rs. 2,500.00 -----------------Total Rs.16, 000.00 -----------------INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODE OF PAYMENT
1. 2. Part payment will not be accepted. Payment shall be made by i-collect through internet banking (OR) Demand Draft in favour of The Chief Warden, NIT Hostels, Trichy payable at Trichy. Students who have applied for bank loan / Scholarship etc., should pay the hostel fees at the time of reopening. The fees so remitted will be reimbursed to the students on receipt of bank loan in favour of Chief Warden, NIT Hostels, Trichy Students should deposit Demand Draft and i-collect print out in the Hostel office and collect the receipt for the same. Students are advised to get the mess allotment form from Hostel Office and submit in the respective mess.

IMPORTANT DATES TO PAY THE HOSTEL FEES

02.01.2013 (Wednesday) onwards -- Hostel and Mess reopens after winter vacation

Fees payment up to 12.01.2013 (Saturday) -- No fine 13.01.2013 to 19.01.2013 (Saturday) 20.01.2013 (Sunday) onwards -- with the fine of Rs.500/-- Struck off from the roll (readmission with the permission of Chief Warden and with a fine of Rs.1000/-)
