Spinning is the foundation process and all the subsequent value additions i.e. Weaving, Knitting, Processing, Garments and Made ups, depend upon it.

The process of making fabric from raw cotton is a long

one and consists of various stages. There are two technologies available to spin the yarn, first and the foremost is Ring Spun and second is Open End. Ring spun yarns are used for producing fine quality clothing, bed linens, bed sheets, bed spreads, pillow covers etc. Open end yarns are used for manufacturing denim wear, towels, etc

FINDINGS:
In efficient employees are found in the concern.
Transportation facility is not providing properly to the

workers. Creches are not available in the concern. The old and new method and techniques all being followed in the concern. No effective communication facilities. Too much stress is given to the workers.

SUGGESTIONS:
In efficient employees should be given training.
All facility should be provided to the employees. Creches should be maintained in the concern.

The company may adopt new and modern techniques

in the production process. Proper communication facilities should be arranged. Stress must be reduced in the concern.
