Had i known this woman would be my co-passenger for the next 2hours, I would have searched for a more preferable sit elsewhere rather than being subjected to this demeaning torture: Its her makeup and the powder shes using, they almost got me breathless. I didnt know what to say or do at that moment because it felt like I was the only one being uncomfortable with the scent of her powder, so I tapped her with a sprinkle of smile on my face and said Maam, I have got asthma. Please kindly wait till we get off at our destinations and you can go do your thing in the restroom with less asthmatic patients like myself, she turned and handed me an inhalerHmmmm I didnt know what to do with it, so I puffed it to the side of my mouth and handed it back to her and at that time she was done with the makeup and behold the masquerade was unveiled. Thereafter I was finally at my destination, Momma not in so I had to get aligned with the ideas for life after 2hours in the furnace we all know as the sun. No one home and things around me were beginning to move in slow motion, so I decided to get affixed with an attitude on the fast lane. I had chosen the fast is an attitude badge which helped to keep me electrified plus I had wanted to share the brighter life so I called on my neighbor to be a part of the life. Afterwards, I belled this girl that I had put in the process of making her truly the first but she slippery because she has been giving other guys the attention I crave and that which I feel I deserve, we have been friends for quite some time and I know what she is capable of when it comes to making my taste buds defenseless. I asked her to share her recipe but all she would say was that with the aid of the tastemakers, she guarantees a promise of quality and that she always beckons on the experts in exciting food when things are about to get off lane just to make sure she got her man. She picked at the first ring and I asked if she could come pay me a visit and also wave her magic wand over my kitchen because I have bragged and tagged her as the ultimate chef to my pals but there was an uphill in our relationship, even if I had decided to settle down with her to see if things would at least be as I had always imagined with a girl that I would call girlfriend, Momma had given me a token of advise which she asked to be paramount: She said everywhere you go, dont be deceived by the physical attributes of a girl neither should you be blinded by the foods she can prepare, what you should look out for is if she has got a congruous attitude that makes a difference. So after several thoughts I decided to disobey my Mommas advice and hearken to the whispers of love (at least that was what I felt at that moment) and I decided to take the plunge and ask her to be my fairy princess to give more of those delicacies. It was ongoing for a year and on this fateful day it all went dark

side because she eventually slipped off after I thought I had her within grasp and stuck with me. Momma had the last laugh apparently and I couldnt even face her facial expression which would spite me if I had voiced out my inner hurts to her about the disobedience. I had admitted to the fact that I basked without a floater in the pool of my fantasies and with pride I had collided with the unfortunate which would have been averted if only I gave heed to Mommas advice which was for my well-being. The next morning, I had to shake off the thoughts of my hurts and continue as a protg at the law firm I was employed. A drowsy morning but then I sought to awaken my senses to mask my lazy attitude else my Boss would get livid and request that I take the day off which would eventually lead to a reduction in my salary at the end of the month. Workload strenuous as the day progressed and yet again I sought for revitalization hence the urge for energy fast to take me till the end of the day. It was the end of the days work and I was off the hook to chill out with friends and have the real drink for man, it was just the thing I needed after a frustrating day at work with my horrible boss It all dawned on me the moment I was sober that life provides to one an option to either be the conqueror or the conquered and besides there are several girls out in the world that would come my way at different occasions. It feels like a rush hour in life sometimes because one sees either his friends or his mates as celebrities and as figureheads in the society and one wonders how it happened that their time isnt forthcoming yet, one thing for a certainty is that we all have been allocated time. Time as to when to be successful, time as to when to sulk over ones ex lover, time as to when you keep malice with friends, time as to when you get disvirgined, time as to when to become successful and time as to when you lie underneath the ground eternally. So to keep sulking for that one girl is to gradually exceed the designated time limit set for that purpose and besides when people bank on people, it is to the damnation of the relationship rather than the guaranteed reliance on our creator- God. Not saying you shouldnt ask that girl out when you got butterflies all up in your body system but rather saying you should seek guidance from God. What do you do when the going becomes stiffened? You get back up and press forward till you meet with your breakthrough. What does it take to get rid of unwanted thoughts of break-ups? Look on the bright side and make the most out of the single mans badge affixed to your personality. What to do when you in a relationship? Cling onto your woman and wade off all temptations, though its hard but you gotta strive to be different.
