CNP Coordinator Huntsville Premier High School:

Primary Purpose: Assist campus Principal with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program, Truancy, and other daily operations. Qualifications: Education/Certification One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Special Knowledge/Skills/Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered School office experience helpful but not required Major Responsibilities and Duties: Communicate effectively with Parents, Students, and Campus Staff via email, telephone, and fax in person in a professional manner. Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines. Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration Answer telephone to provide information, take message, or transfer calls Assist principal with truancy procedures. Maintain calendar of school events Other Requirements: Read and comply with the Procedures Manual, Employee handbook, Student Handbook and Student Code of Conduct Supervisory Responsibilities: None Equipment Used: Computer, copier, CNP equipment and audiovisual equipment
