Rice 11/2 cup Urad dhall cup Salt to taste Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp For masala Paneer 250gms Onion 2 Mustard 1 tsp Green chilli 2-3 Salt to taste Turmeric powder tsp Chilli powder tsp Oil 3-4 tsp Red chilli 2 Fresh cream 50 gms
1. Soak rice, urad dhall and fenugreek seeds for 3 hours 2. Grind it to a batter and allow it to ferment for 10 hrs 3. Add required salt and mix to the consistency of dosa batter 4. For masala heat oil in a kadhai add mustard, red chilli, chopped onion, turmeric powder, salt for 1 min 5. Add grated paneer, chopped green chilli and saute for 4 mins 6. Before applying dosa add a little sugar 7. Heat a tava and pour the batter as dosas, apply oil and a spoon of panner masala and fold it 8. Heat on a medium flame till the dosa turns golden brown. 9. Do not turn the dosa just fold it and serve it
