And if you cant find certain breads or meats there are always substitutes available. No one says a diet is easy but this is One of the best diets . And combined with exercise, it gives you Good results. For those idiots being critical, cut Out the ghee and sweets from your diet . There is n easier way to lose weight. I work 9 hours a day and i still find time for 45 mins of exercise 3 times a week n to prepare meals for Myself n the family. So stop complaining.
