Publick health research raported that : Morbidity is 18 % - 25 %. Its will increase in economic and social crisis condition 25 % - 30 % are menthal cases Budget of curatif trend to increase Some one with sick will cant do activity, and become lose of oppertunity

THE OBJECTIVES
Knowing factors influencing health Paradigma shifting : Prefentive is better than curative. Prefentive cheaper than curative

Knowing a healthy life style

HEALTH is normal condition of body, release of physical, menthal, and social diseases, and spared from the disablement There is four factor influence to health : 1. Genetic (5 %) 2. Health services (20 %)

3. Life style (35 %)


4. Environmenthal (40 %)

WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO CARE AND IMPROVE OUR HEALTH

1. NUTRISIONAL EQUALY
Nutrision must consist of carbohydrate, ptotein, lipid, vitamin, mineral, and water by equaly number. We have been trend choosing a taste of nutrision than we need

Jogging

Golf

Olah raga

Badminton

2. TAKE TIME TO PHYSICAL EXERCISE REGULARY


Its will make our blood flow better Our brain whould flowed blood enough, so that our body more fit than before
Physical fitness gymnastics

Swimming

3. No cigarret, alkohol and drugs !!!


They are a lot of toxic for our body that will damage our vital organs such as : Lungs, Liver, Renal, and Heart

Why ?
There are a lot of dangerous materials in the cigarret that damage our body

4. Deal with stress The stress influence beat of heart, a lack of blood vessel, and difficult to sleep

5. Take time to check our blood pressure periodly

there are Systolic and Diastolic o Normally our blood pressure is 120/80 mm Hg

pressure : - Heart disease - Obstruction of vessel blood - Viscosity of blood - Phsicys factors that make bad influence to the heart

Health is not everything But everything without health is nothing Health is investment So Take time to care and improve our health
