Warm Potato Salad with Bacon

Dice the bacons

Mince onion

Place potato in a pot, bring to boil and cook until three-quarters done.

Drain then peel the potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch.

Cook bacon until brown and crispy.

Add onions, water, vinegar, salt and pepper to the bacon fat.

Pour the hot sauce over potatoes, turning gently the spatula to coat evenly. Add bacon into salad.
