If the numbers say you should not, than you should not, or if you do not feel comfortable with the project, even with a great financial gain at the end, please do not join in. We have made every effort to ensure that the numbers that we present to you are accurate and up to date for the project. Our future depends on how well we perform as a Company and I sure you, that I/we, will we do our best to meet yours/our goals. The investment process is as follows: 1. Land Selection a. The actual property (land) will be selected i. When all startup capital is accounted for ii. Within budget of project b. Proposed Project start date i. April 2013 c. Proposed End date i. Dependant of number of homes built ii. 6 9 months is an estimation 2. Letter of Intent a. This will indicate your intention for the project b. A 20% deposit will be required within 7 days of signing i. Wired to our bank c. 7 days prior to closing, the remainder will be required i. Wired to our bank 3. Property Title a. Title will be held within a Limited Labiality Company i. Name of the Project b. Sam Phuong will hold 51% of owner ship i. This is Cambodian Law c. Investor will be the Limited Partner within the LLC 4. Copies of all Documentation will be either be e-mailed or available on the web site 5. Weekly updates will be provided via the web site a. Written documentation of Project progress

b. Pictures of Project c. Videos of Project d. View at your convenience 6. E-mails and Phone call a. At any time as needed b. Scheduled Phone call time i. I will provide you with a web site for low cost calling to Cambodia 7. End of Project a. Investors will receive a percentage of Net Profit per their Investment Amount b. Checks will be wired from our bank to you 8. Start new Project a. Repeat Process
