Tabata Bootcamp
Tabata Bootcamp is a sustainable fitness and nutrition program that turns traditional fitness protocol on its head. As a Tabata Bootcamp participant your mantra will be "More is NOT better, BETTER is better For years we've been focusing on calories burned during exercise, but new research reveals that we should focus on what happens after exercise is over. Using current high intensity interval training research and metabolic profiling, you'll experience how 4 minutes of Tabata interval training can yield the same anaerobic and cardiovascular health benefits as 60 minutes of standard aerobic training. This program includes a 30 minute Tabata workout and a 30 minute education/discussion period as well as progress self-assessments.
