The Pursuit of happiness, its a film based on Chris Gardners life.

At the begging of the film, it shows a MONOGAMY family with a low income, Chris lives selling a scan machine that no one wants it, and his wife Linda has a full time job in a restaurant, probably they are a HOMOGAMY marriage, because they have similar background as well as race, they have a son, Christopher. Chris has to sell al least two machines per month to pay rent and their sons daycare, but in the last months he couldnt sell anything and now they have bills everywhere. Linda is tired of the hole situation and after many fights because of the lack of money she decided to leave them, obviously it wasnt a balance and Linda was dissatisfied with her life and it end with the dissolution of their relationship, at first she left with their son but at the end she left them and run away to New York city looking for a better life and job, at this point Chris has a kid, no job, no money, and now their family is a BLENDED family. His son Christopher started showing a clearly high level of depression and antisocial behavior as the book says it is normal when you have a low household income, but Chris makes sure he does not feel that way for a long time. After all, he gets the opportunity to be a inter stockbroker, but there was a problem, at the internship there is no salary and after 6 months just one among twenty gets the job. At the end of four months and moving to a motel to save some money, Chris and his son seem to be good, he sold his last 6 scan machines and the internship was fine, but in one moment to other he lost everything when his bank account is garnished by the government for unpaid taxes, at this moment they just have around twenty two dollar to live with and they have to leave the motel and becoming homeless, at the end, he gets the job and all improved.
