    This standard has been prepared by CEN/TC 69 Industrial valves (Secretariat: France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Armaturen (Valves Standards Committee), Technical Committee Ventile. Amendments DIN 3356-2, May 1982 edition, has been superseded by the specifications of EN 13789. Previous edition DIN 3356-2: 1982-05.
