Instructions for undergoing medical examination Congratulations, you have cleared the interview process and have been

shortlisted by the Bank. Your final selection will be subject to you being found medically fit and verification / submission of requisite certificates / documents. For this, you are required to complete the pre-recruitment formalities (medical test & submission of attestation form) during January 1, 2013 to January 31, 2013. Kindly note that for completion of pre-

recruitment formalities you have to approach at the same center where you have appeared for your Interview process. Change of center for undergoing medical examination will not be accepted. The list of IDBI branches where you have to report for your medical examination is enclosed (Annexure I). Before proceeding, for the said formalities you may call up the concerned branch (Details mentioned in Annexure - I) and fix up the appointment for the medical examination. You are advised to carry (a) the Attestation Form (duly filled in & attested by the competent authority as indicated in identity certificate) in triplicate (all original) (b) Copy of IDBI written test / interview call letter (c) PAN card/ Driving license/ Passport/Aadhaar card/Voter id and (d) copy of this e-mail. Please note that you will have to bear the fee for the medical examination, which will be reimbursed to you after your joining the Bank. You might also be required to stay at the center for medical examination for more than a day. The Bank would not reimburse any other expenditure.
