    The Zonal Commissioner of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has authorized the distraint of property belonging to a defaulter for unpaid property taxes.     Note 1: The defaulter is informed that on presentation of this distraint order, he should pay the arrears, together with batta to the Z.C.(C.Z.),GHMC Tax Inspector and obtain a receipt from him. 2. The distrainer should produce this order and if the sum due be not at paid, he may make distress: and on the day on which the property is distained, he should deliver to the defaulter a copy of order, endorsing thereon a list of the property distained and the name of the place where it is Kept. Clause (1), Section.8 Act II of 1864.
