    IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES


    Mr. ZENG introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, Space and Technology for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

    To Revise the Passenger Vessel Act to Modern Standards

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the Repeal of Cabotage or ROC Act. SEC. 2. ADJUSTMENT OF CURRENT CABOTAGE LAWS. US Code Section 41703: Navigation of foreign civil aircraft is amended -(1) in section (a), by inserting (5) if the country of registry is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
