Therefore Teachers are using the internet while at work online with students for personal matters.The same holds true for teachers that While your teaching you're surfing and chatting at Facebook.You all get distracted even though you're trying to do something productive. The employer fear the loss of salaried time from workers who are not devoting all their time in teaching Therefore the Company has to put boundaries while teachers are in the net or at work. The company has set out policies on this matter with particulars as follows. a. First offense the particular teacher will receive a slightest reprimand for insubordination, because even though your superior prohibits your for surfing and using FB while at work you still do.

b. Second time your superior would give you a written reprimand that you would be supended for 1 month without pay.

c. The thirt time offense the company will automatically and permanently fire you from your position as a teacher.
