Automated Enforcement System (AES) Objectives : to ensure the safety of road users.

It is the road safety enforcement system to monitored all federal roads, highways and expressways in Malaysia. This system came into effect on 22 September 2012 The AES uses high-technology cameras to detect traffic offenders, who beat the red traffic light sign and exceed the speed limit. Able to capture about 600 offenders a day. Using 12mb image to indicate the time, date and location of the offence

The most effective way was for motorists to practice

safe driving and abide by all traffic regulations.


Reduce the number of road fatalities. Can discipline drivers to be more courteous on the road Can increase the probability of traffic offenders being caught

Users cannot drive over the speed limit even in the midnight Incase in emergency, users still can not drive speeding.
