METHODOLOGY FOR IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT PANDA ROOF

Root Cause : 1. Expansion and contraction due to weather had caused the plaster to have hairline crack.

Action: 1. The hairline crack must be widened a bit. Remove a bit of plaster at intervals along the crack to provide a better seat. 2. Clean out any dust or loose plaster with damn towel. 3. Fill the crack with plaster using spackling knife. 4. Allow the patch to dry for 24 hours. 5. Paint the new restoration plastering work to the existing colour RAL 7043. Time required for rectification works: 1. 1-2 weeks

Root Cause : 1. Paint work on G.I metal cable trunking. 2. Instruction to paint G.I metal trunking was by Prelim.

Action: 1. None Time required for rectification works:

Root Cause : 1. Dented G.I metal jacketing Action: 1. Replacement of dented G.I sheet. 2. To provide a protection to the valve and copper pipe line. Time required for rectification works:

Action: 1. All VCD handle which had been calibrated had been filled with cement. 2. The top layer is protected with fiber from Uniseal. 3. Winner had applied flintkote following instruction from Prelim. Time required for rectification works:
