REFERENCE OF NATIONAL TENDER: CD - KN 02001 Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) is a Non Governmental Organization, founded in 1979. ACF operates in 37 countries. ACFs international network is represented in Paris, London, Madrid, New York and Montreal. Teams in the missions work on four fronts: nutrition, food security, health, water and sanitation. In the context of humanitarian programs in Orientale province, Bandundu, Kasai, North and South Kivu in DR Congo, ACF-USA intends to award a contract for the purchase of equipment below: Lot 1.1: Quantity 6 x Toyota LAND CRUISER HZJ76 HARDTOP SERIES / 10 OPENINGS Lot 1.2: Quantity 6 x Toyota LAND CRUISER HZJ78 HARDTOP SERIES / 13 OPENINGS Lot 1.3: Quantity 6 x Toyota LAND CRUISER PICK UP SERIES HZJ79L / 3 OPENINGS Participation in tendering is open on equal terms to all legally registered entities complying with the following criteria: Agency is legally authorized to sell the equipment Provision of at least 3 references from international NGOs or companies that have ordered these types of equipment in the past. The supplied vehicles must meet technical specifications outlined in the original Tender Dossier and in the extension note.

The tender results may also be used as the basis of a framework contract with suppliers. The order will be processed only if the availability of funds is confirmed. The deadline for depositing bids stops on January 25th, 2013.
