Enrollment Requirements

Freshmen A High School graduate may be admitted upon submission of the following: (1) original Form 138 (high school card); and (2) accomplishment of admission form duly signed by the enrolling adviser, and the Dean of the College. Transferees Transferees from other schools should submit the following: (1) Transfer Credential; (2) Certificate of good moral character; and (3) Certification of grades/units earned, and two (2) ID (1 x 1) pictures. Foreign Students Foreigners enrolling in the University are required to submit the proper visa and a Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation and the Commission on Higher Education respectively. Cross-Registration Within the University. A student who wants to register in two or more colleges in the University must secure a cross-registration permit from Deans concerned and the University Registrar. The total number of units which a student may enroll in two or more colleges should not exceed the maximum allowed by the rules on academic load. From another Institution. A student enrolled in another institution who wishes to cross-register

at WU-P must present a permit from the Dean or Registrar of the school where he is currently enrolled. To another Institution. A student of the University may cross-register in other education institutions only upon permission of the Dean of his college concurred with by the University registrar. The Dean granting the permit shall take into account the existing rules on students academic load. Units earned from unauthorized cross-registration to another institution shall not be given credit by the University.
