Informal Letters Continued We are continuing our informal


letters and preparing to write them to our assistants in the school. Students can think about questions that would like to ask either the teacher assistants, security, cleaners or canteen staff in their letters.

We are introducing Antonyms(words that mean the opposite ie Hot and Cold, Big and Small) and Synonyms(words that mean the same ie: Big-Large-GiantHuge) Encourage your child to find examples of these in the house and when outside.

Unit 5 Big Numbers Multiplication and Estimation 5.7-5.9 We will be continuing with our multiplication this week. Please practice with your child their basic multiplication facts. There will also be a subtraction quiz on Thursday. Please practice basic subtraction questions in order to get ready.
