CITY OF OMAHA, NEBRASKA NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL MEETING Dundee Streetscape Improvement Project OPW 52344

The City of Omaha will hold an Informational Meeting regarding the proposed improvements to Underwood Ave. from 49th St. to 51st St. and along 50th St. from California St. to Webster St. In addition, the project impacts to local businesses and the property owners along the corridor will be discussed. Meeting Place: Neighborhood Center Holland Basham Architects 115 South 49th Avenue Omaha, NE Time: Date: 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. January 31st, 2013

Interested parties are invited to stop at the informational meeting from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The project will address the plaza area near the intersection of 50th Street and Underwood Avenue and the parking capacity within the Dundee area along with general improvements to the streetscape environment. The intent of this meeting is to review the final design aspects of the proposed project and provide an updated anticipated time line for the project implementation. Following a brief presentation, the team will be happy to answer questions you may have in an open house format. The meeting will be held at the Neighborhood Center located in the Holland Basham Architectural Building. Where possible, an accessible meeting facility for disabled persons will be provided. Appropriate provisions for hearing and visually impaired persons will be made if the City of Omaha is notified by October 3, 2012.
