How to Load Kaspersky onto Client computer using Crossloop

1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) Put required key code into notepad document Establish Crossloop connection Make directory on client computer aa kaspersky bills-it Start uninstall of existing virus protection And if necessary start transfer of virus removal files Copy key code to notepad Start transfer of notepad files open Crossloop window on host PC and click on folder 8) Start transfer of PDF guide 9) Run KIS on Client Machine 10) Ask client to i) select Get activated with a trial license ii) Then click next iii) Then finish iv) Click on settings (in top RH corner), (1)Click on options (2/3 down LH side) v) Remove tick mark from top 2 boxes (a) I.e. enable self defense (b)Disable external service control vi) Click apply vii)Click OK 11) Click on License 30 days remaining 12) Click on Activate commercial license 13) Paste in key code from notepad document 14) Click Finish 15) Click close 16) Start update 17) Open Mail Client 18) Set up Kasperky spam filter and instruct customer how to use buttons 19) Click on My Kaspersky Account (Bottom left) a) Ask client to enter personal details 20) Click on settings/firewall/settings/networks check networks are listed 21) Close down Notepad etc on client PC 22) 23) Click on settings (in top RH corner), 24) Click on options (2/3 down LH side) 25) Add tick mark to top 2 boxes i) I.e. enable self defense ii) Disable external service control 26) Click apply 27) Ask Client to click OK then X to close 28) Log date of activation on the bills-it business spreadsheet
