The Civic Welfare Training Service open section will be conducting a training entitled, "Going Against the Current" a water rescue and calamity survival seminar. This seminar aims to equip its audience with the necessary informations they will find useful when encountering water calamities. The event will be accommodating 50 selected Civic Welfare Training Service students from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. This seminar will be of great help in our country's work force for it could help in developing productive and reliable individuals through the added knowledge this event could provide.
