SOURCES OF RECRUITMENT
There are two sources of Recruitment: Internal and External
In

Internal sources Employee Referrals (Present Permanent employees & temporary and casual employees) Retrenched or retired employees (Former employees) Dependents of deceased, disabled, retired and present employees Promotions Transfers

EXTERNAL SOURCES
External sources are those, which are outside the organizational pursuits. These include: Advertisements Campus recruitment Private Employment agencies Public Employment exchanges Data Banks Casual Applications Walk- Ins Trade Unions
