FMP BRIEF #3 - Fiona Warren Fashion Student

Brief Create visual identity and direction for Fiona Warren, Leeds College of Art BA (Hons.) Fashion student. Fiona is currently in the last part of her third year. She is looking for a visual identity that can be carried through all of her work, and nal exhibition at the university. The identity needs to help her work stand out from the rest of the graduating students in the group, it also needs to tie all of her work together in terms of the garments, printed deliverables and identity. Background / Considerations The nal collection is the culmination of the Fashion course, it should showcase the skills and work of the designer. The themes are as follows; Elegance, delicate, layers, etherial, simplicity, nature, contrast, protection, subtlety, clean and classic. The branding work should embody all the above themes, Fiona has expressed that she wants things to be kept simple allowing the concepts and key themes of the work to shine through. The central theme of the work revolves around mushrooms as a device for exploring how natural elements protect themselves. As well as working as branding for Fiona to use during her nal year and postgraduation, the work also has to sit within the end of year show and the support the collection featuring a broad range of products to help display and give the work a real world context. Mandatory Requirements Deliverables All work to be delivered on time as it has Branding & Identity to co-inside with hand ins. Look Book / Collection Catalogue All work to showcase work in the best Photoshoot way possible. Prints including: Work must also reect themes within Labels the collection.
