Logline
A contortionist chicken living in a joke shop sets out on a journey to return to her nest.

Step Outline
Scene 1 A customer separates the chicken from her nest Scene 2 Te chicken looks around for a way to climb back to her nest Scene 3 Using her bending abilities, the chicken overcomes obstacles and makes her way up the shelves Scene 4 Eventually the chicken reaches the top shelf and settles back down in the nest with her eggs

Character Biography
Te Contortionist Chicken:
Made of rubber, she is bendy and can stretch to unbelievable shapes. While she is nervous and skittish, she is resilient and protective. She has lived in the shop since it was opened as noone wants to take her home. Tis has led to her being lonely, with a craving for company. Terefore she has made herself a nest on the highest shelf in the shop and laid three eggs. However, she has to use her contortionist abilities to scale the shelves and move around the shop to look after her babies.

Creative Partnership
Me to Nadia; 11 January - I like the idea of a 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' type inventor who sells his inventions door to door and it seems like the roller skates could add comedy to your story. 16th January - I really like this idea. For the ending, I think that having him end up somewhere high up that seems impossible to get down from could be quite comical and could add sense of just rewards - punishment for stealing the roller skates.
