    BP04 - Core Wall Concrete Remedial Work Not Approved

    Dear Mr. Tuan, Following the pending Non-Conformance Report ref.NCR.BP04.0017 dated 18-Dec-12 and as spoke to you today, BP04 Contractor Coteccons keeps remedying core wall structure with very normal sand cement mortar material, currently on level 20F. Further, no any material nor work inspection was carried out. See attached photos for details. Again, structurally it is not acceptable. Hereby, the Contractor is requested to conduct the remedial works properly with the approved method and material and field inspections. If the Contractor fails to meet the requirements, all the not approved works shall be removed and re-installed. Please take this seriously. Regards,
