Students will assess personal stress practices to identify three areas of their life that are negatively affected by stress. Analyze personal mental and emotional health practices and behaviors that reduce or prevent health risks.

Students will describe how mental and emotional health has affected 2 health related behaviors this week. Students will describe 3 appropriate ways to respond to stress Students will assess personal stress practices to identify 4 areas of their life affected because of stress (Health, Relationships, extra curric, school or work) Students will demonstrate the healthy practices and behaviors of Progressive muscle relaxation and yoga to improve the health of oneself and others.
