    The court has reviewed plaintiffs' status report at docket 68 and appreciates receiving the information which the court had asked defendants to provide, but which defendants failed to provide. Defense counsel will please act with improved diligence in the future. Based on the status report at docket 68, this matter will remain stayed. The next status report on the petition for certiorari shall be filed by defendants on July 1, 2013, and if they fail to do so, plaintiffs may file the report on or before July 8, 2013. If defendants fail to timely comply with this order, the court will consider imposition of sanctions.
