Thesets,repsandrestyouuseinaworkoutarewhatdeterminehowmuchweightyouwilluse.This requiresabitoftrialanderror.Afteryourfirstfewworkoutsyouwillknowexactlyhowmuchweightto useduringyour21repsetscomparedtoyour8or5repsets.Thesameexercisewillfeelverydifferent simplybychangingtheamountofrestandthenumberofrepetitionsyoudo.Throughmyexperience fromtrainingwithworldclassathletesIknowwhatrepsandsetsshouldfeellike.Thisfeelingisyour bestindicatorthatyouareusingtherightamountofweight.Iveincludedanexplanationofthefeeling youshouldexperienceforeachofthedifferentrepranges.
