to propose the circumstances of setting up a cafeteria in our college The Self-service From what I have noticed, in this section there must be a fast food section in which you can take a hamburger if you are running out of time, also a hot food part where you can eat in and a separate coffer bar for snacks (It appears from survey that the coffee is not good for everyone so we have to pay attention at this point). These will be opened all day including before school. The waitress service In this service, the set menu and the hot and cold food were balanced, but they were very busy at peak times, and we have to do something to avoid these blockings. The survey also reveals that this service has to have fixed opening times. The Health-food delicatessen I think that we should add more types of salad, as it is shown in the survey, because it became boring having just few options of it. Also, this section must have sandwiches and vegetarian food. It is opened before and after school, but the study doesnt say if it is also opened at lunchtime. Conclusion To conclude, I consider that our school should have a well-organized cafeteria from which the college will have a lot to gain.
