    72 HOURS CLAUSE - FLOOD

    With respect to the peril of flood, any and all losses from this cause within a seventy-two
    (72) hour period shall be deemed to be one loss insofar as the limit of liability and
    deductible provisions of this Policy are concerned. The Insurers shall not be liable for any
    loss caused by any flood occurring before the effective date and time of this Policy;
    however, Insurers will be liable for any losses occurring for a period of up to seventy-two
    (72) hours after the expiration of this Policy, provided that the first flood damage occurs
    prior to the date and time of the expiration of this Policy.
