HOT WORKS WARRANTY

The Insured hereby warrants to : -

a) Implement a "Permit to Work" system for all "Hot Works" of any kind such as
but not limited to grinding, cutting, welding, use of blow lamps or torches,
application of hot bitumen or any other operation involving heat or the
application of heat or flame;

b) Make the area of any "Hot Work" as safe as possible before commencement
of the work and ensure that adequate fire fighting equipment and facilities
are available. Also a sufficient number of workmen fully trained in the use of
such equipment are available for immediate intervention at all time;

c) Carry out "Hot Works" only in the presence of at least one worker equipped
with a fire extinguisher and trained in fire fighting who shall also remain
there for at least 30 minutes after the completion of work.

It is further declared and agreed that breach of this warranty shall automatically void
this Policy from the date of such breach.
