    ON-THE-JOB TRAINING TERMINAL REPORT

    I.

    For almost couple of months that Ive been trained and developed my welding skills in PASAR Corporation was one of the successful achievements that Ive gained. Meeting new friends with cotrainees and regular workers which I owe the knowledge on the techniques and advices were unforgettable ones. Learning firsthand on the actual application of welding skill was very remarkable.

    II. During the course of my training, several potential skills were enhanced through my willingness to learn something new. I have learned quiet lot kinds of welding and its application to industrial process equipment. The type of welding rods to be used is essential for a better quality output. The techniques in hand movement and positioning of welding rod is also significant for an excellent result. Ive gained knowledge on the welding practice specially this moment that several jobs were to be done for the coming shutdown.

    III. The training program is very competent compared to other training institution. Even if no allowance was provided to our training, it was very noteworthy. Some of the regular workers are not that willing to share their knowledge to the trainees.

    IV. A humble suggestion to consider giving just a meal allowance to trainees is a very helpful deed that the company can offer to some less fortunate ones.
