Where the original Electrical installation at survey No 88/4, 88/5,88/18 under consumer No. 9141 of Electrical section, Nattukal Kozhinjapara (po) for the current supply belonged to and stands registered in the name of Sri Sreedharan EG and the consumer is not able to obtain the consent of the said previous consumer. The consumer does here by promise to indemnity the Assistant Executive Engineer on written notice against all possible claims from previous consumer on his assignees, executors or administrators for giving supply to the consumer of the previous consumer. The consumer does further agrees that losses, damages, costs, Expense, if any, that the Kerala State Electricity Board may sustain or be put to shall be recovered from the consumer and his properties moveable or immovable under the provisions of the revenue recovery act for the time being in force as if . They are arrears of public revenue due on land or in such other manner the Board may deem fit.
