FUNCTION : Maintains sales and cost records in the Food & Beverage Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Compare order chits to Guest Check.
• Spot check captan’s order chit against cashier’s copy.
• Check daily food invoices against daily makret list and purchase orders. For errors in pricing
to photostat all supporting invoices and attached to market list/purchase orders for
amendment
by Purchasing Officer.
• Check calculations and posting of daily F & B receiving reports.
• Key in daily food and beverage invoices and writing every voucher number on each invoices.
• Update creditors ledger.
• Cost transfer vouchers.
• Prepare daily F & B cost report.
• Pick up daily cocktail drinks, liqueur items and open beverage items from Cheers Guest Checks.
If computer breaks down, have to pick up all items.
• Reconciliation of food creditors (for payment).
• MONTH-END
• Stock-take.
• Compare F & B daily report with income audit blue card.
• Close above reports.
